The test just really means that the regulator will keep an eye on all the companies to see that they are really working for the communities - I sent them a statement saying how the company&#039;s  activities would benefit the community so they can check against that - and not just for profit or power or suchlike.  

The asset lock means that I can&#039;t sell out for my own gain or make enormous profits for myself. All profit has to stay within the company for development or would go to another community group if the company wound up. At least, that&#039;s my understanding :)</description>
